Questions about our products
Our blades fit most of the most relevant walk-behind and ride-on lawn mowers. From Honda to Castelgarden to Sabo, you will find what you are looking for for almost all premium mowers. Our blades often fit different brands across manufacturers. You can always find details on the respective product page under the "suitable for" tab. If you still can't find your model, please let us know. We regularly expand our range and are always happy to receive feedback.
The most important thing is that you make sure you install the right spare part. You can do this by looking at the manufacturer's product descriptions. Important criteria include working width, hole spacing, mounting size and also the direction of rotation. At RasenExpert, we take this work off your hands by only showing you the right blades for your mower model. If you still want more information, you can always find it in an easy-to-understand format on the product pages.
When changing blades, please always follow your manufacturer's instructions or check out our blog to find out what is important when changing them.
The knives are made of 27MnCrB5 steel. From laser cutting the knives, to hardening in our own hardening plants, to the final powder coating, the knives are
our very extensive machine park.
Yes, our knives arrive sufficiently sharpened and are ready for use straight away.
Please follow your manufacturer's instructions on how to safely replace the blade. The procedure varies depending on the make and type of mower (petrol/battery). Safety comes first :)
No, we develop and produce our premium wing blades ourselves and make sure that they make the respective lawn mower models even better. Because our blades are tuning blades and far exceed the performance characteristics of the original parts. Both in terms of catching properties and cutting quality and durability.
Our knives are manufactured in Germany, more precisely in Saxony-Anhalt, under the highest production standards. It is important to us to secure Germany as a business location and we build our range around locally manufactured products.
You will receive your invoice automatically by email. Please check your spam folder. If you really haven't received an invoice, just write to us here .

You can pay with the most common payment methods. These include VISA, Mastercard, MAESTRO and Sofortüberweisung. You can also pay with external payment providers such as Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay.
As soon as we receive the goods, we will arrange the refund. You will receive this within a few working days using the same method you used to pay.
Yes, we also offer purchase on account through the established payment service provider Klarna. You will receive all further information in the payment process and on Klarna.de
By default, you do not receive an invoice when you shop in our store. Are you a business customer and still need an invoice/receipt for your purchase? Then send us an email at support@rasenexpert.com and we will be happy to help you.

Within Germany you can choose between free standard shipping (2-3 working days) and express shipping (1-2 working days)

Returns & Refunds
Yes! You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the goods! Please note that when returning items, they must be in their original packaging, clean and unused.
You can register and prepare your return yourself. Simply click here and organize your order using your order number.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the blades, you can make use of our RasenExpert satisfaction guarantee and send tested blades back to us free of charge.

It's good that you want to recycle your knife. Unfortunately, you can't return your knife to us. They are much better off at your local scrap metal or scrap dealer. You can also dispose of them at the landfill free of charge.
If you would like to complain about a blade, you can make use of our RasenExpert satisfaction guarantee.
In any case, please write us an email to support@rasenexpert.com so that together we can find the best solution for your case and you can either return the blade or we can send you a new one.

If you want to replace your blade, for example because it doesn't fit, please send us an email to support@rasenexpert.com . We will work together to find the best solution for your case.
As soon as we receive the goods, we will arrange the refund. You will receive this within a few working days using the same method you used to pay.
You can of course make use of the statutory right of withdrawal, which applies 14 days after receipt of the goods. At Rasenexpert, however, we already offer you a 30-day right of return without giving any reasons.
Returns are completely free. But please remember that there are of course costs involved, both for us and for the environment.

We are very aware of the lawn and garden as a habitat for various animal and plant species. We regularly discuss how we can all combine a beautiful lawn and nature conservation in our knowledge blog. In addition, we will now also include wildflower seeds in the package with every order. These can be sown wonderfully in a corner of the garden and provide a habitat for bees and other insects.
